What happens after I book my home survey appointment?
Once you book your home design survey with us, you will receive regular reminders via email from us. On the day of the home survey, we will send you a final reminder 1 hour before your allotted time. If you need to reschedule, please do so via any one of those reminders or private message us through our Facebook page. We will adhere to full social distancing measures whilst carrying out the home design survey. Our staff and our customer’s safety will never be put at risk. The survey can take as little as 5 minutes or as long as is required. We book an hour slot to give every customer sufficient time to ask as many questions as they want to. If you need longer, we can arrange this on an individual basis.
What happens after you have been to my house for the home survey?
After we have completed the home survey, we can then provide you with a written quotation to replace your new bathroom(s). We generally aim to get this back to you the same day, even though we are currently very busy!
When do I get my quotation through?
This is generally the same day as we completed the home design survey or we can provide a quote online if you prefer. All we would need are your bathroom measurements, a hand drawn layout of what you have and any changes in layout to what you have currently. Then a few pics of your bathroom. That is it. Simple.
What happens after I have my quote?
Once you have received your quote, if you want to progress this forward, the next stage is to book a showroom appointment. We have extended this from an hour slot to a 90 minute slot. This is to give you more time to go through your selection. We will focus entirely on you. Where possible, we aim to make it that you are the ONLY person in our showroom that is not employed by Bathroom Centre Fife. This is for your safety and peace of mind, amidst all things Covid-19 related. We will again ensure that social distancing and all the Scottish Government guidelines are adhered too. Should you have any fears or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our team directly.
How much will the price likely change from the quote you provide?
We have found that the price variance is minimal, usually less than 10% of the original quote. You can select any tile, any shower * or bath and any tap without additional cost. So you can come in for your showroom appointment with great confidence that the price we have previously quoted you will not vary a great deal from the final total. Buy with confidence, completely transparent pricing!

How long does it take to fit a new bathroom?
Once we agree a date for your new bathroom installation, it is in the diary and is fixed. We have a planned program for all bathrooms, where generally we will arrive early on a Monday morning and in the vast majority of cases, we will be finished by tea time on the Friday. Dependent on the size of your bathroom, we can complete in 4 days. This will be communicated to you at the time of booking. We will communicate with you, regularly, between the day you pay your deposit and the first day of installation. We will keep you in the loop at all times.
