Installation team were first rate, Connor & Dayle ensured that our installation was completed as we had envisioned. We would highly recommend Fife Bathroom Centre. The Customer Service from start to finish was excellent & they were a pleasure to deal with. Arron came out to survey our old bathroom & we were provided with some 3D drawings on the same day. Caroline at the Showroom was very helpful. We were able to choose our new bathroom with her help & product knowledge. We were given a fitting date for 2 weeks later! Fitters - Gareth, Graham & Sean worked so hard to complete our bathroom & did an amazing job!! They communicated with us at every stage & were transparent. Delighted with our 5 star bathroom! We will be back to transform our en-suite next! Many thanks 🙂

I am very pleased with my new bathroom. BCF gave great advice about the products etc since I never had my bathroom done before plus gave me some free upgrades. The price is very good for the quality of the products you get. The fitters are top class, Jamie, John and Neil. They talked me through all the process and transparent with everything. Couldn’t fault the service. Fitters Jamie and John were great, really polite and professional and kept the place tidy after hours. Tiler Neil and the electrician too were fantastic. A really well organised job which ran like clockwork. We have another en suite, bathroom and downstairs shower room we’d like to renovate in the next few years so will definitely return and request the same team as it was a great experience. Thanks to the showroom team for helping us with the design. The end result speaks for itself. Having been badly let down by another local company, you restored our faith in the bathroom trade; thank you.
