I’ll start by saying this is the first review I have ever done. I did choose the Bathroom Centre Fife after reviewing it’s reviews and I am now fortunate to be able to say that I totally understand why these reviews are of such a high standard.

My experiences at the Bathroom Centre Fife Showroom itself were excellent (call out to Irene for extremely helpful advice, follow-up support and courtesy calls). I did change my mind more than once and this was never an issue and I felt re-assured that I would be supported all the way throughout the process.

From a fitters perspective, this was no ordinary bathroom job. The starting point was a wet room with only a cold water pipe connected and a soft floor (where it was impossible to know just what was going on beneath prior to lifting up the floor). Jamie did a number of advance visits to discuss the extra effort involved in laying the hot water pipe – several options were discussed and we agreed the ‘preferred’ option on both our sides. After these discussions I was more than comfortable to leave the fitting fully in Jamie’s capable hands, whilst I went on holiday. He did keep in touch with me on updates and on one occasion when something needed to be confirmed.

My bathroom has been transformed by Jamie and his Team in a way in which I never dreamed it could be. Attention to detail was second to none on all aspects. I could hardly believe what I was seeing when I first saw it – and it took a while to sink in that this really was my new bathroom. 3 weeks later, I still smile every time I walk into it.

I was expecting to see some evidence somewhere showing where the hot water pipe was laid but it was all done leaving behind no visible evidence where this occurred. It turned out the soft floor was ‘the worst case scenario’ but this was all resolved without any extra fuss.

The whole installation could have been a really stressful time, but I was completely comfortable that I was leaving it in the hands of extremely capable and professional individuals, leaving me to enjoy my holiday.

Credit where credit is due. I would highly recommend.

From the initial visit to the showroom to the completed transformation of our new shower room we have been delighted and impressed. We made several visits to the showroom before purchase and were expertly advised by Caroline on what products we might choose.

Once we had decided to go ahead we had a visit from Arron who surveyed the existing shower room and measured up. The drawings he supplied were exactly what we had envisioned.

We had to have some serious exterior plumbing work done and this was expertly carried out by the two Calums who left the outside path looking as good as new.

On the given start date Jamie Campbell and his colleague John arrived and soon had the old fitments and tiles removed. As we live in an old house it turned out that the condition of the walls meant they had to be replaced with plasterboard. The floor was also replaced, and the new plumbing and electrics were efficiently installed. A new ceiling and lighting completed the change. Even at this stage the room was looking better!

Neil the cheerful tiler arrived to work his magic. He completed the job in two days and then finally Jamie, John and Lewis installed the shower and the bathroom furniture, We just love the new mirror with the LED lighting!

We are grateful to Jamie in particular for his advice on minor alterations to the plan. He was always right! Apart from the exterior plumbing work which cost extra, the installation cost exactly what we were quoted and no detail was omitted.

We would strongly endorse Bathroom Centre Fife as an expert and reliable company and recommend them to anyone who is considering a bathroom replacement or refurbishment.

dealings with the company, from start to finish, were
handled professionally. The speed and skill from the

them 4 days in total, for a larger than average 4
piece bathroom. Would absolutely recommend.

What an excellent customer focused experience in getting my bathroom replaced by The Bathroom Centre Stirling & Fife. Arron surveyed my current bathroom and he sent me an email on the same day containing 2 pictures of what my new bathroom would look like plus a breakdown of the costs involved. I booked an appointment with Caroline who helped guide me through the process of choosing all the fixtures and fittings. Finally Irene kept me informed of when the bathroom replacement was going to take place. Jamie Campbell (JC Tiling & Bathrooms), John and Neil carried out the installation. What a fantastic job they did. Their attention to detail was faultless. They had an electrician to check the electrics. All the rubbish was taken away that same day. Thank you so much. I have sent this review in 2 weeks after the bathroom was replaced, I'm still impressed.

Highly recommended bathroom company to deal with. We are delighted with our recently installed bathroom which was fitted by Jamie, John and Neil the tiler. The showroom, and brochures are excellent with great choices/ideas and helpful staff. Excellent workmanship and finished on schedule despite a setback with the floor. We are over the moon with our stunning new bathroom. ✨️

As for Michael and Scott the bathroom fitters - so friendly, arriving on time each day and working diligently with consideration. The house was left clean and tidy every evening. They have transformed what was an ugly and depressing bathroom into one that deserves to grace the front cover of any magazine and all this in a matter of four days. Wow.

From the first visit to the showroom through to the last visit of Zack, the service at the Bathroom Centre, Fife, has been superb.
